Nevada school star rankings released SWCTA earns highest overall score in CCSD

Gathering around, students cheer at the first Key Club meeting. "I'm not surprised that we were able to score #1 in the district and #2 [high school] in Nevada," senior Laurence Eslava said. "If you compare our school to others, we are very different in a sense of learning and environment. I think that our test scores, high GPAs, environment and and little need for discipline with students helped bump up our rating."

School rankings were released Friday by the Nevada State Board of Education. Southwest CTA is now ranked as the #1 school in CCSD and #2 high school in Nevada. For the full report, click here.
