DECA Week began today with DECA T-shirt day.
“The day I was most excited for would have to be Tuesday. I think everyone enjoyed that spirit event because they were be able to see who is in DECA,” sophomore Brianna Cole said.
Tomorrow is the Dash For Diamonds and the faculty appreciation breakfast. The Dash For Diamonds is a student activity where DECA diamonds will be posted around campus and the students who find them will be able to exchange the diamonds for a two dollar voucher that can be used at the student store.
“Famous Amos Cookie Day, which is Thursday, would definitely have to be the spirit day that I’m looking most forward to. I mean, come on! Free cookies are always a big plus, and it also shows SWCTA DECA’s great marketing strategies,” sophomore Valerie Cana said.

Friday is the last spirit day of DECA week and students will wear blue and gold.
“I am looking forward to the rest of DECA week because it will be a fun way to see and meet the other DECA members and also, it will be a great way to introduce DECA to the student body” sophomore Sabriya Said said.
