First “Capstone Night” details announced Capstone Night will take place on April 18

The first “Capstone Night” is scheduled to take place on April 18 from 5 – 7 p.m. on campus. The senior fashion show will also take place from 7:15 – 8 p.m in the gym.

“I’ve been producing a product line for the whole year,” senior Beatrix Cacao. “Having final check points in class has been keeping me on track because I’m finally on my last outfit.”

All program areas will set up their senior capstone presentations and projects in their respective buildings, while internship students will be located in the cafeteria. Professional dress is required for all seniors.

“My senior capstone project is actually going quite well because we’re already working on our animation,” senior Saul Clavano said. “My group and I have made the most progress in our video game.”

There will be snacks and water for sale during the event and all students, parents and community partners are welcome to attend.

“I strongly encourage all the underclassmen to come that evening,” Community Partnership Coordinator Mr. Craig Statucki said. “It’s a chance for them to see what’s coming up in the future and to think about what they want to do in the future for their senior project.”
