Roughly 85 members were inducted into Key Club on May 14 in the Coyote Ballroom.
Members celebrated with food, received awards for their hardwork and were formally introduced to the new board for the 2014-2015 school year.
“Being inducted was a lot of fun, I can’t wait to do it again next year! I had a great time being a Key Club member this year,” sophomore Linda Do said.
In order to be inducted, members were required to complete 50 hours of community service and pay a membership fee of $25. Students must be inducted for two consecutive years to receive the honor chord.
“I’m joining Key Club again next year because I really want to get the honor chord for when I graduate,” sophomore Kayla Dalope said.
