Q&A: Do you Prefer Dominos or Papa Johns?

"I noticed the change," Chohan ('26) said, "With Dominos I couldn't taste the sauce, I mostly tasted the cheese. With Papa Johns I get a little balance of both."

Leading a general meeting, FBLA President Aryana Boyd speaks to the members. Necessary information relating to state was given out at these general meetings and workshops were hosted to help members prepare for their competitions. “Our most recent meeting, we went over role play events,” Boyd said. “At state, they’ll give you a strip of paper and you have a certain amount of time to answer the question on it. The board gave the members practice questions and just had them answer it in the same style they would at the competition. We felt like this gave them really good practice so hopefully they’ll be more than prepared for this upcoming week.”

"Personally I'm going to get really bored, but I don't see myself switching to a different app," junior Laila Rogers said. "I've been thinking I've needed a break from TikTok for a while now, so this is really just an excuse for me to take that break. It'll probably be really good for me."

“Respectfully, I forgot the Grammys existed, but I believe that Charli XCX and Sabrina Carpenter got that in the bag. They have some big moments behind them.” senior Anagell Johnson said. “I personally haven’t listened to Brat, but I know of it, like everything is lime green on Instagram and there’s even a dress to impress update just for it, if I had to choose between them it would probably be Charli XCX.”

"Yeah, I was following the elections really closely," junior KJ Palacios said. "With the results, I think we failed our own citizens. I can't believe so many people acknowledge the person that Trump is and still voted for him regardless. He's pretty much against me as a person, and it affects most of my friends. We're immigrants, we're part of the LGBTQ+ community. I think our near future is going to be terrible."

"All my students are telling me that it's worth listening to and I'm a stan of Tyler so I am ready," English teacher Maritza De La Fuente said. "I have pretty high expectations especially because it's been a while since his last album."
