This year I want to continue with my positive outlook on life. I always try and see the best even when things are bleak. This is a habit that’s progressively getting harder to maintain as school and life in general gets more stressful. However, with enough perseverance I know I can accomplish this goal and continue to see the good.

This year I would like to develop better habits and hobbies. I want to try new hobbies that will benefit me in different ways. Having a hobby that will help me learn something new or a hobby that will help me stay active. Last year I had free time and did not use it wisely, so this year with the spare time I have I would like to use it for more productive hobbies.

For the new year of 2022, I would like to change the way I see things. I want to improve my mindset and be able to do things I wouldn’t normally do. As of every aspect I have in my life right now, I hope to use those skills to give me the confidence to challenge myself to become a better person through mindset. I hope this year brings me with good changes that will help me become a better person.

This year I would like to focus on my grades and my education. I also like to create more physical habits with my family and me. I hope 2022 creates a new path for me to go on.

One thing I’d like to work on this year is drinking more water. It is very important to stay hydrated.

This year I’d like to work out more and take part in more physical activities, maybe something like at-home sports like Table Tennis or Dart-throwing. This way I can bulk up at least a little bit in order to help my parents more often with physical work around the house and feel less like a couch potato.

I want to be more outgoing and try new things. Maybe join a sports team or do some sort of extracurricular activity.

This year I plan to use social media less because its a habit that has only wasted my time. I also plan to take more risks and try new things.

Change is a great thing, but I feel that many people often see it as something to be afraid of. Sometimes changing things about ourselves allows us to see why the things we did before weren’t for the best. This year I want to take accountability for my happiness. I have put much effort and time into the happiness of others and I want to receive the love I give, so this year is about taking care of me. 🙂

My plan for this year is to get more into video games. Though I played a decent amount when I was younger, my play time fell off a cliff once I started my freshman year.

There are more than one thing I would like to improve myself on One of the things I would like to improve myself on is challenges I want to challenge myself more so I can grow from it because I think we all learn more from challenges. I would also want to improve on is going above and beyond on my school work and showing my teachers that I care about being at school and my school work is important to me that is what I want to improve on this year.

One thing I would want to work on this year is having a positive mindset. Although I consider myself to be a realistic person, optimism not my strong suit at times. Starting off the day with a little bit of hope and limiting the amount of time reading the news should help with my goal.

The one thing that I want to do to improve myself for the New Year is growing in all aspects of my life. I want to become a more patient person. I want to be able to increase the amount of cardio at the gym that I do. And finally I want to be more confident in myself, and remember that I actually know what I am doing more than half the time. I want to take this year to help me create a better me in general.
Angelynne Tiangco [STUDENT] • Jan 27, 2022 at
I’d like to be able to communicate with others and find new bonds. This year, I was really closed off and only stayed close with the people I was familiar with. For the beginning of the new year, I want to change that. I want to be able to leave high school knowing that I made bonds that will follow me after high school. (Angelynne Tiangco 10)

A change i’d like to challenge myself to is taking good notes in all of my classes and keeping all of my work organized and accessible.

There are many people who are struggling and could use some help. Whenever I see people happy and excited from getting even the smallest amount of help is something I want to be apart of. This year I want to help out my community and try giving back as much as I can just to make someone’s day better.
