SMile! Let's Edit Your Pictures
Sometimes, it takes hours to get ready for prom, so it's hard to depart with all the hard work we put into our looks at the end of the night. If you are not quite ready to depart from prom look, take some photos either by yourself, or with some friends and post them to social media. And of course, spend some time editing those photos for your social medias and make them look the best as possible.
Here are some photos I took after prom and edited for my instagram, and some that my friends did as well:
I don't Want my Prom Outfit Anymore
If you find yourself not wanting your prom outfit anymore, or simply do not have any more use for it, you have three options to choose from with what you can do with it:
- Get a prom dress/suit off the bat that is versatile in the sense that you can wear it for multiple different occasions in the future like a wedding, funeral, etc. Save it in your closet to be a backup formal piece to wear.
- Sell it, whether that it is to a thrift shop or boutique that will give you money for it, or sell it on an online source like Depop
- Rent your prom dress/suit so not only will it be cheaper, but you also are not burdened with trying to figure out what to do with it when the night is finished.
Prom is a fun, yet short night that most spend an entire day preparing for. I hope these hacks and ideas give you some options on how to truly make such a night worth it and last forever.
