The SWCTA Coyote Café has set a tentative opening date for the end of October.
Chef Allen Asch plans on utilizing his sophomores and juniors to cook a brunch, which will run from 10:15 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. The café will open every other day to begin, but may expand in the future to every day.
“The lunch period will be priced at seven dollars for now,” Asch explains.
If the brunch is successful, the cost may decrease.
“I feel very excited for the opening of the Coyote Cafe. I get to work hard to serve people,” says Anjelynn Baker, junior.
