Student Council members Rianna Rivera and Akela Renee Custodio paint posters to display in the hallways to promote the King or Queen of Hearts. By raising awareness around campus, Student Council hopes to encourage donations for their fundraiser. “Since we’re in a pandemic, it’s another way to raise money and help people in need,” sophomore Rianna Rivera said. “This reminds me of when I did NJHS in middle school, so it’s fun making posters again and there’s more colors and a variety of brushes than middle school.”
