While working on her contest submission, senior Brooke Young is tracing the first pattern piece for her Fashion Construction conference event. FCCLA members that are attending the upcoming event have been working during meetings and on their own time in an attempt to complete their competition submissions. “I feel like I am not 100% prepared yet, but I will work during my fashion periods, upcoming FCCLA meetings and believe that I will be ready by March 8,” Young said.
