Recognising the importance of the ACT prep book, juniors begin preparing themselves in class for their upcoming test. Teachers recommend students start studying now rather than later to make them less anxious and feel more prepared. “I feel really nervous for the ACT at the moment. I took the practice exam and now I realize how much studying the ACT is going to require,” junior Noah Cannon said.

Juniors in Amy Lutz’s English 11 Honors have the opportunity to refine their skills for the upcoming ACT.
Reviewing content from last year, Spanish teacher Geri Barnish teaches her Spanish II students amidst a shortage of teachers across the county. “We’re all exhausted, we can barely keep one thing in our books, and the demands are just so overwhelming. The first Key Club meeting of the school year was a step forward to a hopeful year filled with in-person events. Animation I students are designing their own flip books. Students have creative freedom to do what they want, but they may face a few problems.  There are some students that are a little less comfortable with drawing, so theyre gonna have a little bit more of a struggle and try to get hung up on it not being perfect, but perfection is not what youre going for, Animation teacher Monte Carman said.
