Avoid Taking Long Hot Baths/Showers
Long hot showers/baths feel great after a long winter day at school, work, or after school activities. But hot water can actually severely dry out your skin and strip all the moisture from it, which is the opposite of what we want. Taking lukewarm showers or short hot ones will ensure that you won't come out dry and have to use half a bottle of lotion to get that moisture back.
