An Hour In … MarketingJuniors work on semester exam product
Students in Ms. Catherine Viggatos’ Marketing II class demonstrate their knowledge by creating presentations as part of their semester exam.
Focusing on her slideshow, junior Maricelle Barrameda looks at her assigned part of the project. Students were randomly assigned a chapter from the marketing textbook. "My favorite part of marketing is to actually present," Barrameda said. "It definitely helps my public speaking."
Searching up different marketing strategies, junior Joseph Regalado looks up ideas for his project. Students were given a week to complete an interactive presentaion. "I enjoy to come up with different promotional ideas," Regalado said. "It's one of the best things in marketing."
Looking at the marketing textbook, junior Kyla Dominguez analyzes her portion of the project. Students were required to break up each chapter into sections amongst their assigned group. "I like that we have to do a presentation for the exam," Dominguez said. "We haven't done presentations for a while so it's nice to go back to it."
Working on print ads, junior Brkiti Brhan makes a slideshow presentation. Marketing II students were assigned a chapter from the textbook. "I liked that I got the chance to do print ads," Brhan said. "Designing is an aspect of marketing that I enjoy."
Ms. Vigatto gives presentation advice to junior Lauren Grayson. Presentation skills and content accuracy will mainly be looked at while graded. "I like that this project was collaborative," Grayson said. "It helps us work together as a class."
