As we head into the month of March, people are building up anticipation for spring break. Whether you like driving to California or travelling across the country to Florida, The Southwest Shadow would like to hear what your favorite Spring Break vacation spot is.

My favorite Spring Break vacation spot is San Diego, California because it has beautiful beaches, warm weather, and lots of fun things to do. I enjoy visiting places like the zoo, walking along the beach, and spending time with family. It’s a relaxing but also exciting place to spend Spring Break.

My favorite Spring Break vacation spot is Seattle, Washington, because it’s a good place to get away from the heat and be surrounded by wilderness during Spring. I like Seattle because it’s a big city like Las Vegas but still has a really nice calmness that is refreshing after being burnt to a crisp every day.

My name is Jude Jun and my dream vacation would be either Washington DC, or Alton, Illinois.
The reason I want to go to Washington DC is that I am a skater and most famous skaters in America are from the Midwest, mainly Boston or DC. I want to go to either because it is my dream to follow in the footsteps of my favorite skaters.
The reason I want to go to Alton, Illinois, is that a little of my family on my dad’s side lives there, specifically my grandparents. I want to go see my grandparents as much as possible because my grandpa’s heart is getting worse and he’s been getting a lot of surgeries and going to the hospital, so it’d be nice to spend as much time as possible with them before I can’t.

Well, for my spring break I went on the Carnival Panorama cruise. It was so fun there as we traveled to Mexico and stopped at La Paz, Mazatlán, Puerto Vallarta, and Cabo San Lucas. The cruise was great, and I met a lot of people there.
